Autochthonous microorganisms as an alternative for biofertilization of Nicotiana tabacum L.

Tobacco is a crop of economic importance in tropical countries; it generates significant income small agricultural areas. Within the agrotechnical activities that are carried out on this plant, biofertilization with Autochthonous Microorganisms (AM) represents viable option for production low inputs. Therefore, objective research was to determine biofertilizer effect AM black tobacco cv. Havana-2000. The experiment farm located Los Cayos, Yara, Granma, Cuba, during period November-February/2021. For this, yield variables and components were measured field. Statistical processing performed using ANOVA principal component analysis. recorded four groups microbes: bacteria (7x1012 CFU.mL-1) Lactobacillus sp. Rhodopseudomonas sp., fungi (3x1011 Trichoderma Aspergillus Penicillium yeasts (2x1011 Saccharomyces Candida actinomycete Streptomyces (1x1010 CFU.mL-1).
